It’s starting to feel like summer around here, which means fresh watermelon all day every day…which also means throwing some of that watermelon in a blender and making adult bevvies like this fun twist on a Mai Tai.

Watermelon Mai-Tai
A refreshing summery take on the classic Mai-Tai with light rum and elderflower liqueur.
Ingredients
Scale
2 oz blended light rum (We used Probitas)
1/3 oz St-Germain Liqueur
3/4 oz lime juice
1/2 oz orgeat (we used Liber & Co)
4–5 cubes of watermelon
3/4 to 1 cup crushed ice
Garnish: watermelon wedge, cocktail umbrella
Instructions
Combine ingredients in a blender and blend to your liking. Pour into a glass and add garnish.
