Seve | A boozy Spanish Arnold Palmer

A little late to the #SherryWeek party but you better believe we’re celebrating!

Fun fact: Jon’s family is from Jerez, Spain, where sherry is produced, and a lot of his relatives have worked at the bodegas there. So yea we mess with sherry. A lot. Usually on its own, while enjoying tapas, but it’s also a great ingredient in cocktails.

This is a take on a boozy Arnold Palmer with some Spanish flair—it has Mediterranean gin and Amontillado sherry (for a lil nutty action) and is named after the legendary Spanish golfer, Seve Ballesteros.
