Say aloe to our newest cocktail…
We’re always trying to come up with ways to incorporate Aloe liqueur into more cocktails, and Sun Parade is our take on a refreshing way to do just that!
INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 oz white rum
1/2 oz aloe liqueur
1/3 oz velvet falernum
1/2 oz pineapple syrup
3/4 oz lime juice
Float of overproof dark rum
Garnish: pineapple fronds
DIRECTIONS:
Combine the ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake well. Strain into a glass and top with ice. Float a layer of overproof dark rum. Add garnish.
