We’re going bananas for this new cocktail we just shook up. Paired some funky Jamaican rum with an bitter fernet (used Faccia Brutto Fernet Pianta here, but also loved it with Fernet Branca for a more intense Fernet profile!) and a silky banana liqueur to make this complex sipper.
INGREDIENTS:
1 oz Smith & Cross
3/4 oz fernet
1/2 oz banana liqueur
3/4 oz lime juice
1/2 oz orgeat
Garnish: mint sprig
DIRECTIONS:
Combine the ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake well. Strain into a glass and top with ice. Add garnish.
