Pandan has quickly become one of our favorite flavors to work with in cocktails (and coffee!). It’s slightly grassy, but reminiscent of vanilla and pairs well with other tropical flavors like coconut. We’ve used it in cocktails like a Pandan Daiquiri, as well as in our daily cold brew coffees.
