Nitro Jungle Bird | A re-imagined tropical cocktail

We did a thing… 
 
Made a Jungle Bird and decided to try it on nitro using the NitroPress by Hatfields London. Annnd it was money—super velvety smooth and balanced! Probably gonna do it again real soon.

Ingredients

Scale 1x2x3x

1 1/2 oz Jamaican rum  
3/4 oz Campari (@campariofficial)  
1/2 oz demerara syrup (@liberandco) 
1 1/2 oz pineapple juice 
1/2 oz lime juice 
Garnish: pineapple frond 
 

Cook Mode Prevent your screen from going dark

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass and stir with ice. Strain into the NitroPress and shake well and charge with N2. Pour into a chilled coupe. Add garnish.
