After making a nice cold batch of iced mint tea we decided to swizzle up this cocktail with a blend of two rums, lime juice, pineapple syrup, and bitters. It’s a super refreshing summer sipper!

Ingredients
Scale
1 1/2 oz demerara rum
1/2 oz white rum
1 oz mint tea
3/4 oz lime juice
1/2 oz pineapple syrup
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Garnish: pineapple frond, dehydrated citrus wheel
Instructions
Combine the ingredients in a Collins glass and fill with crushed ice until the glass is two-thirds full. Swizzle together using a lele/barspoon. Top with more ice and add garnish.
