1 oz rhum agricole blancÂ
1 oz Aperol
1 oz BonalÂ
Garnish: grapefruit slice 
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass and stir with ice until chilled. Strain into a rocks glass over a large clear ice cube. Add garnish.
