Part of making the perfect clear ice cube at home is hand shaving it down just right…and because we’re all about the motto ‘No ice left behind’ we decided to use those shavings to make a Tropical(ish) Negroni Kakigōri—think an adult snow cone meets your favorite cocktail.
Ingredients
1 oz coconut oil-washed gin (@highclerecastlegin)
1 oz sweet vermouth (@giuliococchi)
1 oz Campari (@campariofficial)
Garnish: shaved ice
Instructions
Combine ingredients in a mixing glass and stir with ice. Strain into a glass and top with a mound of shaved ice.
