Amping up the corn in this take on the traditional Corn ‘n’ Oil highlighting licor de elote
Ingredients

- 1 1/4 oz aged Barbados rum
- 3/4 oz licor de elote
- 1/2 oz velvet falernum
- 3–4 dashes Angostura bitters
Garnish: none
Instructions
Add ingredients to an old-fashioned glass. Stir with lots of crushed ice ‘til frost forms on the outside of the glass. Top with more ice if needed.
