We recently got our hands on some peach liqueur and knew right away we wanted to use it in a cocktail with bourbon…but of course, add some tropical touches. The splash of Fernet Branca is what really brings it all together.

The South Is Calling – Bourbon, Peach, and Fernet cocktail
This summery cocktail carefully blends the complexity of fernet with bourbon, peach liqueur and other tropical elements.
Ingredients
Scale
1 1/2 oz bourbon
1/2 oz peach liqueur
3/4 oz cinnamon syrup
3/4 oz pineapple juice
1/2 oz lemon juice
1 tsp fernet branca
Garnish: grated cinnamon, pineapple fronds
Instructions
Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake. Double-strain into a glass and top with ice. Add garnish
