Tiki Tuesday is here, and we’re celebrating with a Saturn! This gin-based cocktail was created by J. “Popo” Galsini in 1967 and helped him win the International Bartender’s Association World Championship. At first sip you’ll understand why. (Also, how rad is the garnish!?)
INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 oz London Dry Gin
1/2 oz passion fruit syrup
1/4 oz orgeat
1/4 oz Velvet Falernum
3/4 oz lemon juice
Garnish: lemon twist wrapped around a cherry, Surfside Sips straw
DIRECTIONS:
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake well. Strain into rocks glass filled with ice. Add garnish.
