Cheers to National Rum Day! The classic daiquiri is our go-to when testing out a new rum, and today it’s Probitas Rum—a white blended rum made by Foursquare Distillery & Hampden Estate. We made one then quickly made another because we didn’t want to share… it’s delicious!
What’s everybody else sippin on today?
INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 oz @probitasrum
3/4 oz lime juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
Garnish: lime twist
DIRECTIONS:
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake well. Pour and double-strain into a chilled coupe. Add garnish.
