A refreshing, summery, and tropical cocktail featuring mint tea, two types of rum, lime juice & pineapple.
1 1/2 oz demerara rum
1/2 oz white rum
1 oz mint tea
3/4 oz lime juice
1/2 oz pineapple syrup
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Garnish: pineapple frond, dehydrated citrus wheel
Combine the ingredients in a Collins glass and fill with crushed ice until the glass is two-thirds full. Swizzle together using a lele/barspoon. Top with more ice and add garnish.
